I am aware of this setting as I have used this feature for months. You said, Please check your account settings to sure " Require log-in to view uploaded files. I have used the old version and new version several times with no issues prior. In case I need to reword this for you, I've been downloading submissions for months. You telling me this is irrelevant according to my initial email. so I am aware that I can download them instantly from the old version. I also said "This is not an issue when going through the "Old Version"". If you read my email I initially said this: ".and when I receive the email with the download link." so I am aware a link is sent to the email address. However, at new version of submissions(JotForm Sheets), a download link will be sent to your email address." You say "You can download pdf files instantly at the old version of submissions. *sigh* Every time I email support you guys always seem to misunderstand me or don't read my emails fully.
